These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jana9 platform. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jana9 ("jana9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jana9 platform available at jana9.vip, including all games, betting markets, bonus programmes, and account services offered thereon. By completing the registration process on jana9.vip, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jana9 platform.

Where jana9 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts and the funds within them may be closed and forfeited without prior notice. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, you must contact jana9 support immediately.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account profile if any of this information changes. jana9 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false information at registration, including false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Management and Security
Your jana9 account is personal to you. The security of your login credentials is your responsibility. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your jana9 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jana9 support immediately and change your password. jana9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
jana9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its security and responsible gaming obligations. Players are required to submit satisfactory proof of identity and proof of address before their first withdrawal request is processed. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial statement for address. jana9 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including at the time of deposit or when unusual activity is detected on an account.
You may close your jana9 account at any time by contacting support through the official website. jana9 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, or that closure is necessary to comply with applicable law. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on jana9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jana9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer services. jana9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the Payments section of the jana9 platform. jana9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have lower withdrawal limits applied until verification is completed.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit to the account, unless jana9 approves an alternative in writing. jana9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. jana9 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking intermediaries outside its direct control.
By depositing funds into your jana9 account you warrant that the funds are legally yours, that they are not derived from any criminal activity, and that their use for online gaming does not breach any law applicable to you. jana9 reserves the right to carry out source-of-funds checks and to request documentary evidence as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
jana9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) is stated on the individual bonus offer page. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period. jana9 reserves the right to specify which game categories contribute to wagering requirement clearance and at what percentage contribution rate.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jana9 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a player-by-player basis and to exclude any player from any promotion without being required to provide a reason. Players who are self-excluded, under a cooling-off period, or under a deposit limit that would prevent the qualifying deposit from being made are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
jana9 takes bonus abuse seriously. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using wagering patterns that constitute low-risk or risk-free play solely for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to exploit a bonus offer. Where jana9 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Responsible Gaming

These tools are available to every player at all times through the account settings section of the platform and carry no penalty to account standing or withdrawal eligibility.

- Registering an account on behalf of another person, registering while self-excluded, or knowingly registering while under 21 years of age.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the jana9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, brand name, and the structure and design of the platform itself — is the property of jana9 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the jana9 platform without the prior written consent of jana9. Unauthorised use of jana9 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
jana9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jana9 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jana9 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated winnings.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the applicable game provider's rules will determine the outcome of the affected round. jana9 will not be liable for bets placed or partially played during a technical interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
jana9 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that has been affected by a manifest error, whether that error is in the published odds, the game display, or the settlement process. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would recognise as an obvious mistake rather than a deliberate decision. jana9 will correct manifest errors as quickly as possible and communicate any correction to affected players.
Amendments, Governing Law and Disputes
jana9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial terms or game rules in a significant way — jana9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jana9 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support process should be submitted in writing to jana9 via the official contact email. jana9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by jana9 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
